The Obligatory Birthday Post: The Best Presents Ever. And Muppets.

Today is my birth­day and this year Mr. MK out­did himself.

He bought me a house.

Best. Present. EVER.

And it hap­pens to be PERFECT and MOVE-IN READY. <3

(Of course, this also means I won’t be get­ting any more birth­day presents for the next thirty years…and tech­ni­cally WE bought a house together, but that’s just details :P )

Also in the awe­some of this  week? I’m offi­cially join­ing the gang over at the From the Write Angle Blog and my debut post goes up TODAY! Come on over and say hi :) I’ve known these folks for a cou­ple of years now and they’re some of the sharpest writ­ers out there, so I’m pretty darn delighted about this.

And of course, this week also marks the start of the agent judg­ing round of The Writ­ers Voice. I’m on #Team­Cu­pid­sLC and it should be lots of fun — cer­tainly has been so far!

This next bit is becom­ing a tra­di­tion of sorts — but really what would a birth­day be (for me) with­out the Mup­pets? Enjoy! (AND FOR THE LOVE TURN ON THE CAPTIONS! Teehee!)
