A fantasy twist on Romeo & Juliet, if Juliet were a magic-wielding spy infiltrating the technocrats who wiped out her race.
Aissa and Zandria are the only magi born after the Techno-Magi wars who have adapted. Unlike normal magi, their magic can affect more than just organic matter — it can control the machines. They’ve been hiding with their parents their whole lives in the Technocrat country of Palinor as part of a spy network called the Armory. Their mission is to seek out the Magi’s lost library rumored to be buried beneath Palinor’s palace complex. They must hide who they are from the Technocrats, and what they are from the other Magi. But when a rogue Techno prince finds them where they shouldn’t be, and Aissa finds him far more intriguing than she should, all their loyalties are tested.
